DescriptionEine junge Staatsanwältin gerät in Konflikt zwischen Pflicht und Neigung, als sie Mordanklage gegen einen von ihr geliebten Gastwirt erheben muß. Regisseur Karl Ritter, der in der NS-Ära fatale Propagandafilme abgeliefert hatte, kehrte nach kurzem argentinischen Exil mit diesem sentimentalen Gesellschaftsmelodram in die deutsche Filmproduktion zurück.
