DescriptionIn der Entwicklung der Fotografie steht die Freude am Experiment oftmals im Mittelpunkt. László Moholy-Nagy verzichtete auf eine Kamera. Der Professor an der Bauhaus-Kunsthochschule in Weimar und seine Frau Lucia, deren Mitwirken erst allmählich die angemessene Würdigung erfährt, legten Gegenstände auf chemisch behandeltes Papier und setzten es dem Licht aus. Die Umrisse von Objekten zeichneten sich dabei ab. Moholy-Nagy nannte das Ergebnis „Fotogramm": eine Kombination aus „Fotografie" und „Telegramm".
