Gullaskruf Glasbruk of Sweden began in 1893, at first making bottles, and then window glass. The company closed in 1921, and reopened in 1927 when it was bought by William Stenberg. Designers at the factory included Hugo Gehlin, Arthur Percy and Kjell Blomberg. Gullaskruf was sold to Orrefors in 1977, and closed in 1983. The factory reopened briefly in 1990 until closing again in 1995.
