Eduard Marwitz war Maler, Grafiker und als Ausstatter der ersten sieben Kom(m)ödchen-Programme verantwortlich für die ersten Wandmalereien in der Hunsrückenstraße 20. 1957 übernahm er das legendäre Kabarett "Simplicissimus" und führte es als "Bunter Hund" weiter bis 1960.
